Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with NG Designs & Awards ("we", "us", "our"), based in Nottingham, UK. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.

DTF printing is our primary method for full-colour, detailed designs on garments and accessories. The minimum order quantity for DTF printing is 20 prints per order. This minimum applies to each individual design or colourway.

If you require fewer than 20 DTF prints, please contact us before ordering. We may be able to accommodate smaller quantities depending on the design and garment type, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Vinyl heat transfer and other personalisation methods are not subject to the same minimum order requirement. Please contact us to discuss the most suitable method for your requirements.

We understand that clubs and teams sometimes need orders at short notice. Where possible, club orders can be prioritised and completed on a quicker turnaround than our standard production schedule.

Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your deadline. We will confirm whether an expedited turnaround is achievable based on our current workload and stock availability.

Please note that faster turnaround is subject to workload and stock availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will always be transparent about what is achievable before you commit to an order.

A free digital proof is provided on every order before production begins. You must approve the proof in writing (by email or message) before we proceed. We will not begin production without your approval.

You are responsible for checking the proof carefully, including spelling, colours, sizes and placement. Once approved, any errors that were present in the proof become your responsibility.

We accept artwork in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI and EPS formats. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) produce the sharpest results. If you only have a low-resolution file, our design team can often redraw it — please ask when enquiring.

If you do not have artwork, we offer a free design service. Our team will create a design based on your brief at no extra cost.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all elements within it, including logos, images and fonts. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the current UK rate where applicable.

Payment is required before production begins unless a credit account has been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer and card payment.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. We reserve the right to revise prices if your requirements change after a quote has been issued.

Bulk discounts are applied to the total quantity ordered per product line. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.

Standard production and delivery timescales are as follows:

• Custom apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) — 3–5 working days
• Custom sashes — 3–5 working days
• Custom awards & trophies — 5–14 working days
• End of Line Sale trophies — 1–3 working days
• Bulk / team orders (50+ items) — contact us; timelines vary
• Speedy orders — subject to availability; contact us first

Free tracked UK delivery is included on orders over £75. Orders below £75 may incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

Delivery timescales are estimates and begin from the date of proof approval, not the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

As all products are custom-made to your specification, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the product is faulty or does not match the approved proof.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled before proof approval without charge. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, cancellation may not be possible and a charge may apply to cover materials and labour already incurred.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from delays, errors or defects.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork or information that were present in the approved proof.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
